Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 10575.54.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.78 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10575.54.0 (Official Build) beta-channel elm Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Menu tab (the three horizontal lines) 2. More tools 3. Add to shelf is missing! What is the expected behavior? Add to shelf What went wrong? No "Add to shelf" Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.78 Channel: beta OS Version: 10575.54.0 Flash Version: 30.0.0.113 It works in the Stable version
