JAWS/NVDA reporting incorrect number of menu subitems

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices-1.1/examples/menubar/menubar-1/menubar-1.html with NVDA/JAWS screen reader activated 2. Use the keyboard to navigate through the example menu What is the expected behavior? The correct number of sub menu items are announced by the screen reader. What went wrong? The number of menu sub items is announced as 1 of 1 instead of the correct number of items. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The correct number of sub menu items is announced correctly in other browsers.

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 66.0.3359.181, on latest stable 67.0.3396.79 and latest canary 69.0.3452.0 using Windows 10. This issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!
