bad spelling suggestion

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. type 'happend' in a a text box
2. right click to see spelling suggestions

What is the expected behavior?
'happened' is a spelling suggestion

What went wrong?
I got 3 suggested words: happens, happen, append

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

while suggestions are correct, I was expecting 'happened'

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.181 and latest stable 67.0.3396.87  also on latest chrome 69.0.3460.0 using Mac 10.13.5, Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10.  

Note:Able to reproduce on Mac also but not seen error.(red color suggestion)  

Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.
