OS: Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6) 

Pre-condition : Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa' from chrome://flags.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open NTP.
(2) Now get focus on the star icon(bookmark icon) in omnibox using tab key and press spacebar.
(3) Observe the page gets bookmarked and 'Edit bookmark' overlay is seen.
(4) Now press tab over 'Edit bookmark' overlay to get focus over 'Remove' button, press spacebar and observe.

Actual: 1. The Remove button is not working on pressing spacebar.
        2. The bookmark overlay re-opens on pressing spacebar.

Expected: The bookmark for the page should get removed on pressing spacebar.

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-67 build #67.0.3385.0.

Note: The issue is not seen Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS.
