Abnormal redirection in chrome on mojave

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.15 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open any page in a tab
2. open another website in another tab
3. go back to old tab
4. click address bar, and click page, repeat the process several times quickly

What is the expected behavior?
nothing should happen

What went wrong?
the first tab redirect to whatever link is visited in the new tab

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.15  Channel: dev
OS Version: OS X 10.14.0
Flash Version:

Tested this on reported chrome version on 68.0.3440.15 using Mac 10.13.3 as we don't have Mac 10.14.0.As we are unable to reproduce. 
Attaching Screen-cast for reference.

Steps 
--------
1. Launched chrome
2. Navigated URL's as per screencast in comment #0 ""www.google.com"",""www.youtube.com"",""www.github.com""
We are not seen any abnormal behavior.

This seems to be specific to Mac mojave i.e. 10.14.0.

thanks for the testing, for this issue, should we ask someone who installed 10.14 and confirm/test it or we just leave the issue open until 10.14 available to public?

btw what is Triaged-ET mean?

This definitely happens for me too -- it's a pretty frustrating bug.

I'm experiencing this issue too on the Chrome Stable Release 68.0.3440.75 and MacOS Mojave Beta (18A336e). Can test on other releases if needed.
