OS: Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6).


Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to any page and click on Secure chip.
2. Press and hold on 'X' icon.
3. Observe the focus on 'X' icon.

Actual: Dual focus (Circle + Square) is seen on long press on 'X' icon.
Expected: Only square focus should be seen instead of dual focus on 'X' icon..

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-69’ and below is the per-revision bisect info:
Good Build:69.0.3351.0(Revision:564769)
Bad Build:69.0.3352.0(Revision:565143)

You are probably looking for a change made after 564945 (known good), but no later than 564946 (first known bad).
