Ajax Response preview can't gain focus

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to network tab in the developers tools
2. Filter by xhr
3. Select an Ajax request that sends a webpage back (in my case a Symfony error 500 page)
4. Click on the preview tab

What is the expected behavior?
I can scroll, click, and select elements and text from the preview page.

What went wrong?
I can't seem to interact at all with the preview page. I can't even click on the scroll bars. 

Did this work before? Yes ?? One or two versions before this one

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.62  Channel: stable
OS Version: 4.14.47-1
