Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.79 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Was there when i started chrome 2. Even when restarting chrome (Closing, stopping it, starting) What is the expected behavior? The bar should be smaller like it used to be What went wrong? Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome reported version #67.0.3396.79 and latest canary #68.0.3425.0. Issue is specific to OS-Win.
