The minimize, close bar is way bigger than usual

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Was there when i started chrome
2. Even when restarting chrome (Closing, stopping it, starting)

What is the expected behavior?
The bar should be smaller like it used to be

What went wrong?
The bar is way bigger than usual./

Did this work before? Yes Version before yesterday June 6 2018

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome reported version #67.0.3396.79 and latest canary #68.0.3425.0. Issue is specific to OS-Win.

This change was made on purpose to better match Windows 10 native controls.
What? I think it's ugly and should've been fixed
