This was one of my most beloved features in the ye-olde firebug, when you click on a css property to edit it's value, you can use the up and down keys on your keyboard to cycles though the available properties. This is similar to the existing feature of when you create a new property and it opens the dropdown and lists the options. Of course there is still the option to type it in yourself.
