||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionChrome Version: 67.0.3396.56 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) OS: macOS 10.13.4 (17E202) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open a large (8MB) plain text file (2) Wait What is the expected result? Don't peg the CPU periodically. What happens instead? The renderer process for the large text file pegs the CPU for a few seconds. I have attached part of a sample; could someone from Google please symbolize this for me?

Please attach the full sample file. Parts are not workable by themselves.
