Intermittent high CPU use on Mac

Project Member Reported by dominicc@chromium.org, Jun 7 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 67.0.3396.56 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
OS: macOS 10.13.4 (17E202)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a large (8MB) plain text file
(2) Wait

What is the expected result?

Don't peg the CPU periodically.

What happens instead?

The renderer process for the large text file pegs the CPU for a few seconds.

I have attached part of a sample; could someone from Google please symbolize this for me?

Please attach the full sample file. Parts are not workable by themselves.

rsesek, why are parts not workable? Presumably you just need the version and those addresses?

No, we need the Binary Images section that is at the bottom of the report file.
