Allow double-tap/long-press on accellerator button to create an new tab and focus the omnibox.

Issue description

This would be another "hard to discover" power-user feature that adds extra functionality to the search accelerator button in the bottom toolbar.

Possible variations:
- Long press or double tap to trigger.
- Clear and focus omnibox.
- Open new tab and focus omnibox.
