What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a YouTube video in VR Browsing
(2) Hover the pointer over the seek button and gently swipe the touchpad left and right.
(3) Move the pointer away from the seek bar and continue subtly swiping the touchpad left and right.

What is the expected result? A reasonable seeking experience using the controller.

What happens instead? The seek is super sensitive. The slightest gesture on the touchpad seeks to the end of the video which triggers autoplay of the next video. And seeking continues to be affected by the touchpad swipes even after the pointer is moved far off the seek bar. See attached video.
