That bug has just been fixed. Let's wait until the next ARC++ uprev and see whether crash numbers go down.

UX thought: If a background app like "Chrome Device Manager" crashes, has no visible windows, and the only option in the dialog is to click "OK", maybe it shouldn't be a modal dialog? Could it be a notification? Then crashing background apps wouldn't block my usage of chrome.

We have suppression of a list of apps crashes that should not be bothering the user since there's no actionable UI (include GMS Core). Deferring to the ENT team on whether we should add Device Manager to that list.

Yes, the core problem appears resolved. Filed b/110375907 for the remaining UI request to suppress the crash dialog for Cloud DPC
