Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Try to find the preferred way to report feedback on Sheriff-o-matic tool. (2) Look in the following places: https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/chromium https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/help-som https://www.chromium.org/developers/tree-sheriffs https://www.chromium.org/developers/tree-sheriffs/sheriff-details-chromium (3) In each of the above places, type Ctrl-F and the word "feedback". What is the expected result? A button or link with the word Feedback. Or a phrase such as "To report feedback on this tool, please do xyz". What happens instead? No useful results. On https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/help-som, we have this: "If you encounter any issues with Sheriff-o-Matic, you can file a bug by clicking on the feedback button in the bottom right corner of the screen." But there seems to be no such button. And maybe there should be a way to report non-bug feedback?

Oh wow!!! That's what the button looks like? I never noticed it, even when I was hunting the page for a Feedback button. And I've just noticed the same icon here in the bug-tracker! It does have a tooltip including the word "feedback", but Ctrl-F doesn't find it. Hovering over the icon does reveal the word Feedback below it. If that were the non-hover appearance, it's possible I might have found it (visually, or using Ctrl-F). Even after seeing the instruction I quoted above: "... clicking on the feedback button in the bottom right corner", I specifically looked in that location and still did not see the button. I played with CSS a little bit. Removing "opacity: .4" (or just increasing it) definitely helps. And probably the size could be increased just a few pixels?
