relaying the bug from partner tracker (b/80325675)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign in to two Google account and sing out.
2. Convert the device into tablet mode
3. Click 2nd  account photo and tap password field.
4. The virtual keyboard will auto switch to 1st account
.

What is the expected output?
Sign into the 2nd account normally in tablet mode.  

What do you see instead?
Add in two Google account and sign out, convert the device into tablet mode.
Sign in the 2nd account found the virtual keyboard will auto switch to 1st account.


How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
(Always) Fail rate: 3 out 3 unit, 9 out of 9 times.



What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
User can’t sign in 2nd account in tablet mode.
