find chrome browser crash bug

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 67.0.3396.62
OS Version: 6.3
URLs (if applicable) : https://github.com/tlqaksqhr
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
    IE/Edge: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. define javascript array
2. then Call the "push" function 10000000000 times
3. then crash tab page

What is the expected result?

1. define javascript array
2. then Call the "push" function 10000000000 times
3. then crash tab page
4. then crash tab. (oops message is occured)

What happens instead of that?

I attched POC code

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This is basically an out of memory error. Can you be clear in what you are expecting? I see an "Aw, Snap" page. Is this not what you see?
I think it is just out of memory error.
I misunderstand it is bug
