What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/appearance page.
(2) Now long click on 'Font size' drop down box and observe.

Actual: Blue focus highlight does not appear on long click.(It apperas after releasing mouse click)

Expected: Blue focus highlight should appear on long click also.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 69’ and below is the bisect info :
Good build: 69.0.3441.0  (Revision: 562091).
Bad build: 69.0.3442.0 (Revision: 562138).

You are probably looking for a change made after 562102 (known good), but no later than 562103 (first known bad).
