Regression: Weird border is seen in print preview pages of Daisy device

Chrome Version:67.0.3396.78/10575.54.0 beta channel Daisy
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Launch chrome,open NTP
(2)Press Ctrl+P for print preview and observe the borders of the preview page

Actual: Weird border is seen for preview
Expected: Border of preview page should be seen smooth

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-63

Note: 
1.Issue is specific to Daisy device 
2.Issue is seen in M-64,M-65,M-66,M-68
3.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows,other chrome OS

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Daisy is the Samsung Chromebook XE303, which is an old device. According to https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6220366?hl=en, it will stop getting auto updates in July 2018. So even if we fixed it today, likely the fix won't reach the device in time.
