Able to reproduce this issue on reported version and latest stable 69.0.3452.0 using Mac 10.13.3, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 17.10 but with different zoom values. In Windows and Linux we are observing separate edges with zoom level as 33% and in Mac observing at 67%. This issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!
