What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome -> Open App launcher
(2)Now drag any App into another App so that Folder is created(Only 2 Apps should be available in Folder)
(3)Open Folder -> Try to enter Folder Name, give lengthy name -> now when cursor reaches end of the folder -> observe last letter is seen chopped
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: Last letter of Folder Name should not be chopped
Actual: Instead last letter of Folder Name is seen chopped

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-65
