Icon of the website is not displayed on the Tab. |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: #69.0.3450.0 OS: Mac 10.13.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome. (2) Open a new tab. (3) Navigate to a site. Eg.: www.youtube.com (4) Wait for the page to load. What is the expected result? On the tab, Youtube logo should be displayed. What happens instead? On the tab, Youtube logo is not displayed. However, opening a new tab and navigating to any other site will display Youtube logo on the respective tab. Attached the screen cast for reference. Will update the other details like behavior on other OS, bisect details in some time. Thanks!

We have not been able to reproduce this, and it seems to be Cocoa-specific. Please leave a comment if it also happens under MacViews.

Tested on latest Canary #70.0.3524.0 on Mac by setting the flag #views-browser-windows to 'Enabled' and 'Default' and was not able to reproduce the issue.
