There are more and more features relying on Cr50, especially the BoardID part.

The BoardID is currently accessed via gsctool with very low level command (read and set), however usually people need to read back some high level values like "build phase", "board name (RLZ)" etc. And currently these are made by scripts everywhere, for decoding or encoding values.

I think we should refactor the command to provide more helper options, for example getting Board Name (RLZ) in ASCII directly, and checking if MP bit is set, etc.
