I believe agable and kerz are admins now (and there are a few others, but I'm not one of them). We talked about making all of the Git admins owners at some point, but if vadim and tandrii aren't, I guess we didn't get around to that. agable@, can you take a look at this and (a) either confirm what I wrote, fix the link, and make the git admins owners of the org as well, or (b) correct me and we can hunt down the right people? :)

Previous policy was to give as few people as possible admin access, since they will retain admin access after leaving the team or leaving the org unless someone remembers that they have it and manually removes them. In addition, many members of the git admin rotation appear to not even be members of the chromium github org, nor do I know what email addresses they use for their github accounts. Happy to add folks if it is decided that we're changing the policy and someone gets a list of addresses to add. That should probably be tracked in a separate bug.
