This bug might be combined with bug 848343. Could be the same underlying fix.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on the security indicator icon on any page (in Omnibox on left side)
(2) On infobar that appears, click all over, including the url displayed at the top of the window.

What is the expected result? The url is just text, there should be no sound when clicking on it.

What happens instead? Clicking on the url makes a sound. The same sound as a button click. 

The url I'm referring to is on any infobar that appears after clicking the security indicator. Screenshot attached.
