Hello all!

I stand corrected. There was a bit of miscommunication going on. This issue involves the Android App (Play Store (aka the Android App Store) on Chromebook. The share link is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.powerpoint)

I apologize for this confusion.

Josh
This issue has been resolved. Carlos at Google Tech Support notified us that issues like this arise when the app has been made for devices with touch screens. The Asus Chromebook 14 that this app was being installed on did not have a touchscreen while the Pixelbook that this app worked on does have a touchscreen.

I apologize for the ticket!

Josh
