What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit chrome://crashes
(2) Attempt to record all current crash IDs

What is the expected result?
Easy way for a user to export their list of crash IDs and details to a file to share with admin / Google support

What happens instead?
Usually we end up using screenshots to grab the information which is incomplete and annoying (no one likes typing crash IDs back in from a screenshot image).

Ideally we'd have something similar to what chrome://policy recently added with the "export to JSON" button. This makes it easy for users to pull the page information into a file that can be shared, attached to bug, etc.
