Such notifications often come to me. Once looted some of my money too. 
I am a google chrome user.

I've been using Google Chrome for 2-3 years, this proposal took my personal data and took my money and did not give me anything.

Please, create security for these notification that may not be visible on Google Chrome. This can break the confidence of Google Chrome users.

Fake or malicious notifications shown by websites are not a bug in Chrome, and thus not actionable for us.

Consider also reporting the website that you suspect was responsible to Google Safe Browsing (see instructions in the product forums).

Yes I understand but it comes notification on Google Chrome, it is necessary to stop it.
