Currently, to specify dsp name of speaker, we set OutputDspName="speaker_eq" in SectionVerb, and disable DSP in Headphone and HDMI SectionDevices such that dsp is only applied on Speaker node.
This is not intuitive.
Now that we have FullySpecified UCM, we should be able to specify OutputDspName="speaker_eq" on Speaker SectionDevice.
That would make UCM file more easier to understand and maintain.
