Regression: Remove this person button is seen chopped.

Chrome Version: 69.0.3450.0 (Official Build) Revision da8f5906ed311a5cade0d00faa8c16c9d7816b22-refs/branch-heads/3450@{#1}(32/64-bit).

OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, click on Avatar icon and select Manage Profile.
2. Click on 3-dots icon and select 'Remove this person'
3. Observe.

Actual Result: Remove this person button is seen chopped

Expected Result: Button should not be chopped.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-69  series, and will soon update other info.

Good Build: 69.0.3449.0 (Revision:563986)
Bad Build: 69.0.3450.0 (Revision:564323)

Note: Will soon update Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 1.13.6) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS behaviour.

You are probably looking for a change made after 564220 (known good), but no later than 564221 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Note: 1. Issue is also seen on Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 1.13.6) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
      2. Also the separator line is missing on Remove this person overlay.
