Multi-touch events are dispatched with random PointerId values in the pointer_details when movement is slow |

Issue description- Add a PreTargetHandler to an aura::Window that listens to OnTouchEvent - Drag with 2 fingers on that window. - Log output including coordinates and pointer ID of the events received. If you drag quickly, the same touch points will always have the same pointer ID, as expected. If you drag slowly, the pointer IDs will randomly swap for the two touch points. |
