Steps To Reproduce:
(0) Have smartlock set up
(1) Open locked chromebook near unlocked phone
(2) Chromebook shows "click your photo"
(3) Press return/enter key

Expected Result: chromebook should log me in

Actual Result: chromebook reports wrong password

How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? Low impact, it's inconvenient to have to click/tap the photo.

this worked in I think version 64
