Chrome 69 bugs completely on fullscreen

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3449.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Hit F11 to fullscreen or fullscreen a video
2. The interface will freeze
3. Hit the ESC button 
4. Drag down the window to make it normal again

What is the expected behavior?
Fullscreen the page without freezing.

What went wrong?
The browser interface just freeze, making impossible to use.

Did this work before? N/A

Disabling Hardware acceleration does not solve the problem.
