Adding dragonegg overlay

We have been trying to add an overlay via CL 1072713 and 1072714 but the paladin failed at the uprev stage. Looking at the log both CLs do get applied but one (overlay-dragonegg) cannot be found for some reason.

Just wondering if you can comment on how to get these through? I have been thinking about chomping the change but still have some doubts, though.

I have no idea what's wrong. It looks like git branch is failing during uprev.

As an experiment, can you try sending just the overlay-adding CL by itself? I don't see a reason that it needs to depend on the eclass updates.

Maybe it was because of another CL that went through at the same time?
