Adding more details to list view of chrome://policy/ and the Chrome Policy list, including version introduced

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3 or chrome://policy/.
2. It would be great if there would be more columns showing the following for each settings (so i don't have to click on it), such as:
a) Version introduced.
b) Supported platform.
c) 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Nothing went wrong, but the lists could be enhanced as proposed above.

It should also be possible to filter the list by version. E.g. to show settings introduced in version 68* (any version of 68) or even 67 and higher.
