Three-finger scroll on an android app causes a down scroll

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open android app that can be scrolled down
2. Three finger scroll to open expose

What is the expected behavior?
The expose view is opened and the android application does *not* scroll.

What went wrong?
The expose view is opened and the android application *does* scroll.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.62  Channel: stable
