Console's input gets cropped using dark theme

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer tools.
2. Try to input something into the console.
3. Observer

What is the expected behavior?
Text should be cropped.

What went wrong?
Text is cropped.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.62  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

This was happening in 66 too, thought dark theme adjustments will solve in 67, it didn't. Surface Book 2, 150% scale, HDPI

Thanks for the report.  Merging with another bug that tracks cutoff issues in Console's prompt.

There was a change landed in Canary to address dark theme cutoff.  Could you please let us know if this issue occurs on Canary 69.0.3457.2 or later?

Other prompt cutoff bugs related to device scale / hi-resolution are not yet addressed.
