This is regression issue broken in ‘M-69’, below is the manual bisect info:
Good build: 69.0.3447.0(Revision: 563479)
Bad build : 69.0.3448.0(Revision: 563958)

Unable to provide bisect using per revision bisect, since getting all good builds , hence providing bisect using Chromium builds.

Narrow bisect:

I unfortunately only have a Mac 10.13.2, so I'm unable to repro locally, but my change only affects the native controls (which youtube does not use on desktop), so it seems unlikely to be the culprit.

There were a couple of other bugs opened in this range that looked to be caused by 3e5eaae29d310061c0504f7d011f8bb0263e0078. This one seems less likely but worth looking at. Is it possible to do a more narrow bisect?

weili@: Could you take a look at this?
Re:sdy@, sure

vineetha.sarma@, I managed to find a Mac 10.12.1 (not exactly as your model, but should be close enough). Using the latest Canary 69.0.3488.0, I could not reproduce the problem any more. Could you pls recheck whether this has been fixed now? thanks
Update w.r.t. Comment #4:

Rechecked the above issue on Mac 10.12.6 OS using latest Chrome Canary build #69.0.3489.0 and unable to reproduce the issue now. Seems like issue got auto fixed.

Kindly refer the attached screen cast.

Er, I think WontFix is more appropriate since this bug doesn't contain any insight into how the issue got fixed :-).
