Regression:The seek bar is not visible even after hovering the mouse over video

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3449.0 (Official Build) Revision 4c662013d5fa1e3a073c4e2a62844d6838d152d3-refs/branch-heads/3449@{#1}(64 bit) OS: Mac 10.12.6 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch Chrome, navigate to www.youtube.com. (2) Click on any video, now click on the full screen icon of the video. (3) Keep the video idle for sometime and observe. Actual Result: The seek bar is not visible even after hovering the mouse over video. Expected Result: The seek bar should be visible after hovering the mouse over video. This is regression issue broken in ‘M-69’, below is the manual bisect info: Good build: 69.0.3447.0(Revision: 563479) Bad build : 69.0.3448.0(Revision: 563958) Unable to provide bisect using per revision bisect, since getting all good builds , hence providing bisect using Chromium builds. Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/763866b6b9792b95aa4008c9665d9cce8ce5ed16 ..1f38887a78648843d420a19a2a312387d67f4c05?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspect: r563682 ? @steimel: Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner. Note: This issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6)and Linux(14.04) OS. Thank You!

Re:sdy@, sure vineetha.sarma@, I managed to find a Mac 10.12.1 (not exactly as your model, but should be close enough). Using the latest Canary 69.0.3488.0, I could not reproduce the problem any more. Could you pls recheck whether this has been fixed now? thanks

Update w.r.t. Comment #4: Rechecked the above issue on Mac 10.12.6 OS using latest Chrome Canary build #69.0.3489.0 and unable to reproduce the issue now. Seems like issue got auto fixed. Kindly refer the attached screen cast.

Er, I think WontFix is more appropriate since this bug doesn't contain any insight into how the issue got fixed :-). |
