As of mid-march, I was waiting on sehr@google.com to finish some refactoring that would allow dexlayout to be run on the host, as well as clean up some problems around assumptions of running in ART that was making it nearly unusable for our purposes.

I have been sidetracked by other things and haven't followed up since. My goal is to make further progress by the end of the month (although that's coming up quick...)
