Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open any video(youtube or any other site)
2. try to go full screen
3. experience the most annoying bug of all time

What is the expected behavior?
it should go full screen and play video, i should also be able to leave fullscreen

What went wrong?
when i press to go full screen, the screen looks the same eexept like its tuck on the image when you went dull screen and when i try to exit it looks like im full screen. refreshing does not help. have to restart chrome to make it work again.

this happened to me 10- 15 times yesterday. after i updated. i has really come to the point that i'm afraid to update this browser. because every time i do there's a new problem
