What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In EULA screen click on 'Accept and continue' button -> 'Checking for updates' screen is seen
(2)Now Sign-in screen is seen -> click on 'More options' -> Select 'Create account'  -> Now in 'Create a Google Account' screen -> click 'Back' button
(3)Now in Sign-Screen again click on 'More options'  and observe blink of Grey Focus on 'Create account'  option

Note : 
1.Able to repro Issue by continuous clicking on 'More options' in Sign-in screen
2.Issue is also seen on M-69

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
