Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Make sure at least 2 monitors are connected to PC 2. Set on a monitor windows scaling to 150% (main monitor) and on another 100% (second monitor) 3. Open chrome on a second monitor where scaling is 100% 4. Click on an icon for extension e.g. RSS Feed Reader (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/rss-feed-reader/pnjaodmkngahhkoihejjehlcdlnohgmp) 5. There are a few new rss news 6. Try to open a news 7. Put mouse over news you want to open and click What is the expected behavior? Selected news is opened in chrome tab What went wrong? Nothing happen or another news is opened the one which is not selected. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.181 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: It seems that because of different scaling you need to click on a different news or somewhere else so you can open the one you really want.

With latest version of chrome 67 it seems that problem is fixed. So you may consider to close the bug.
