popup extensions are black

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3450.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. have any extension with a popup
2. click on the extension logo
3. popup is all black

What is the expected behavior?
display the popup properly

What went wrong?
the popup's extensions are black

i hadn't updated my chromium for few weeks :/ this morning, i did.

Am experiencing similar (extension popups are blank).

ah, the color bug must be related to the theme color
so it's juste an "empty" popup

just updated chromium this morning (just now) 69.0.3451.0 popups now work correctly

now it seems to be more like https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=761807 : a fast black blink when they open
