2. Press the fullscreen button of the video
3. Press alt + <left arrow> or the back button supported on some mouse.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should exit fullscreen mode and not block interaction with the site.

What went wrong?
Chrome navigates back to the previous site but does not exit fullscreen mode. No interaction with the site is possible expect when pressing ESC or navigating forwards again.
