chrome crash while starting

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chrome Canary 69.0.3448.0
2.

What is the expected behavior?
launch normally as usual

What went wrong?
crash with attached debug info

Crashed report ID: "client_id":"7612374481009726582" 

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3448.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Flash Version: 

tried to put libswiftshader_libGLESv2.dylib and libswiftshader_libEGL.dylib inside package but if fail to verify signature of the app

Using the provided Crash ID '7612374481009726582' no data is generated. Could you please recheck the Crash ID. You can also verify by updating your Chrome to latest #69.0.3449.0 and let us know your observations.

Issue was not reproduced on the reported Canary #69.0.3448.0 using Mac 10.13.3
