Unable to reproduce the issue reported chrome version on 69.0.3448.0, latest stable 67.0.3396.62 and latest chrome 69.0.3450.0 using Windows 10 and ubuntu 17.10. Attaching Screenshot for reference.

Steps 
--------
1. Launched Chrome.
2.Opened dev tools and navigated to performance tab
3.Recorded session 
We are able to see the memory profile chart with result.

The screenshot doesn't show the memory chart. It's the memory chart that is affected by this bug. Please follow the reproduction instructions and don't forget to *check the memory box*.

Also this bug was found on macOS so if it's not present in the windows build then you can try and reproduce in the macOS build. Thanks.

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome 69.0.3448.0  & latest canary 69.0.3453.0 also on latest stable 67.0.3396.79 using Windows10,Mac OS10.13.3 ,Ubuntu14.04.Below is the bisect information for same.
