Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Kill extension from task manager 2. Wait 3. Extension crash notifications dissappear. What is the expected behavior? Extension crash notification do not disapppear. I expect them to behave like site notifications. What went wrong? When i kill browser extension from task manager notification about crash closes too fast. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 67.0.3396.62 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.171

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 67.0.3396.62 and on latest canary 69.0.3450.0 using Windows 10, Mac 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.04. This issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!

It looks like this is probably because a bunch of extensions were terminated at once there, so the message center cycles through the new messages (quickly). peter@, this extension crashed bubble just uses the ui::MessageCenter code, so if something were to change, it'd likely be there. Do you have any thoughts on this? (I'm not sure it's something we need to change, given this only happens if >n extensions crash, but I'm not certain)

Mass UI Triage Just to update: We were unable to reproduce this bug on latest canary #72.0.3617.0 on Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.4,10.14.2), Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS. Thank you. |
