The new video player on Chrome 67 sucks

Reported by watermel...@gmail.com, Jun 1 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.62 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use the video player

What is the expected behavior?
- There should be a volume slider
- The play/pause icon should be next to the other video controls

What went wrong?
- There's no volume slider in the new player. You can only mute the volume now.

- The play/pause icon is in the center of the player and away from the other video controls

Did this work before? Yes

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.62  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Make the new video player work like the old one

Observe the behavior of the play/pause button and the volume controls as described in this issue.

I aggree that https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=836432 describes the same issues with the volume controls; however, it does not cover the play/pause button, which is a significant part of this issue.

For anyone who was looking, here is my fix for the new play button:
```
/* get rid of the giant play button in the center of the screen (Chrome's new media ui) */
video::-webkit-media-controls-overlay-play-button {
    width: 100px;
    height: 100px;
    display: block;
    position: absolute;
    bottom: 52px;
    transform: scale(.5);
}
video::-webkit-media-controls-timeline {
    width: calc(100% - 100px);
    margin-left: 50px;
}
```
It moves the button back to about the same location it was before.

*** UI Mass Triage***

Unable to reproduce the issue using the https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp on Win 10 Canary 72.0.3616.0 - Play/pause button and volume control / slider are displaying and working.

If this bug still reproduces for you, please reopen or file a new issue. Thanks!
