(1) Open Launcher, type Contacts
(2) Look for Contacts in the app list
(3) Open Play Store, search for Contacts, click "OPEN" to launch it
(4) Open context menu on the shelf icon for Contacts app.

What is the expected result?
(1) Contacts app is shown in search results
(2) Contacts app is present in the app list
(4) Context menu contains Pin/Unpin item

What happens instead?
(1) Contacts app is NOT shown in search results
(2) Contacts app is NOT present in the app list
(4) Context menu contains NO Pin/Unpin item
