Gray warning icon on android should be red

The warning icon in the omnibox?

That is directly against the decision in this bug:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=831161#c5

As far as I was aware, we're removing icon tinting in the omnibox entirely.

Raising the priority for myself to remember to poke UI for a decision on this. I'm going to re-figure out the current state and will follow up on the bug.
