Using LargeIconService does not return some pretty common domain names such as Amazon and Google when they represent remote sessions Recent Tabs. Recently closed tabs have no such issue though. In fact, if there is an Amazon url that was recently closed, the remote session tabs with Amazon domains will then successfully retrieve a favicon. Wonder if LargeIconService doesn't look at the db.
Repro steps:
1. log into account that has remote tabs.
2. open recent tabs (Bijou or Bling).
3. should see that most remote tabs did not get the actual favicon (might have gotten a custom stylized favicon with a letter).
4. tap on one of the remote tabs. You will now navigate to that url in a new tab.
5. close that tab.
6. go back to recent tabs. the tab you just closed should show up in the "Recently Closed" section with a favicon. Now the remote session tab should also have a favicon, too.
